У Чернівцях Служба безпеки України блокувала діяльність нарколабораторії з виготовлення амфетаміну.
Оперативники спецслужби встановили, що група жителів обласного центру облаштувала у гаражі, який належав одному із знайомих, виробництво психотропних речовин. Для приховування протиправної діяльності ділки обладнали приміщення сучасною системою сигналізації. За тиждень вони виготовляли майже кілограм амфетаміну. Готовий «товар» фігуранти справи збували місцевим дилерам. Про це повідомляє пресслужба УСБУ в Чернівецькій області.
Під час санкціонованих слідчих дій за місцем розташування нарколабораторії правоохоронці виявили 300 грамів амфетаміну, 10 літрів прекурсору, хімічних речовин та обладнання для виробництва психотропних препаратів.
Досудове розслідування попередньо кваліфікувало дії зловмисників за ст. 305 (контрабанда наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин, їх аналогів або прекурсорів), ст. 307 (незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення, пересилання чи збут наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів), ст. 309 (незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту), ст. 311 (незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання прекурсорів), ст. 317 (організація або утримання місць для незаконного вживання, виробництва чи виготовлення наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів) Кримінального кодексу України.
Операція з викриття та блокування протиправної діяльності проводилась за процесуальним керівництвом прокуратури області.
