З будинку жительки району підліток викрав гроші. Оперативники Новоселицького відділення поліції розшукали хлопця до того, як він встиг витратити чужі кошти.
39-річна жителька села Зелений Гай Новоселицького району повідомила, що з її будинку викрали гроші у сумі три тисячі гривень. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
За результатами проведених оперативно-розшукових заходів працівники сектору кримінальної поліції Новоселицького відділення поліції впродовж декількох годин встановили крадія. Ним виявився раніше судимий за аналогічні злочини 14-річний житель села Маршинці.
Також поліцейські з’ясували, що неповнолітній зловмисник дізнався, де господарі залишають ключ і коли їх не було вдома, проник до будинку і викрав гроші. Хлопець зізнався правоохоронцям, що мав намір витратити чужі кошти на власні потреби. Однак, завдяки оперативності працівників поліції, гроші вилучили в повному обсязі та повернули власниці.
Наразі триває досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні, відкритому за частиною 3 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України. За скоєння вказаного злочину підлітку загрожує до шести років позбавлення волі.
