Житель села Веренчанка Заставнівського району Чернівецької області повідомив до поліції, що односелець вночі вибив вхідні двері, проник до його будинку, наніс тілесні ушкодження та відкрито заволодів мобільним телефоном. Про це повідомила пресслужба Національної поліції у Чернівецкій області.
Слідчо-оперативна група Заставнівського відділення поліції оглянула місце злочину, опитала потерпілого та всіх можливих очевидців події. Поліцейські встановили нападника, однак опитати його не було можливості – 48-річний грабіжник переховувався від правоохоронців.
На пошуки зловмисника орієнтували весь особовий склад поліції Заставнівщини. Упродовж декількох годин поліцейські розшукали зловмисника. Чоловік зізнався у скоєнні злочину та добровільно віддав чужий мобільний телефон.
Наразі триває досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні, розпочатому за частиною 3 статті 186 (Грабіж) Кримінального кодексу України.
