Протягом цієї ночі 8 нетверезих водіїв зупинили чернівецькі патрульні. Про це повідомила пресслужба патрульної поліції Чернівецької області.
У водіїв були ознаки алкогольного та наркотичного сп’яніння. Не всі керманичі погодилися пройти огляд на стан алкогольного сп’яніння. Та результати водіїв, які пройшли огляд були різними – 1.93‰, 0.27‰, 1,68‰, проміле, також стан сп’яніння в результаті вживання наркотичних речовин.
Кожний правопорушник отримав свій протокол за статтею 130 КУпАП (Керування в стані сп’яніння) всі матеріали передані до суду.
Нагадуємо, що за керування в стані алкогольного чи наркотичного сп’яніння (вчинене вперше протягом року) штраф 10200 гривень з позбавленням права керування транспортними засобами на строк 1 рік.
Якщо ці дії вчинені повторно (вдруге) протягом року — штраф 20400 гривень з позбавленням права керування транспортними засобами на строк 3 роки.
Якщо особа вже двічі протягом року притягалася до відповідальності за подібні дії — штраф 40800 гривень з позбавленням права керування транспортними засобами на строк 10 років.
