Учора, 11 вересня, у селі Яблунів Косівського району працівники СБУ, поліції та прокуратури викрили величезну плантацію марихуани, яку вирощували в теплицях площею 4 га.
На місці в Яблунові затримали понад два десятки робітників “ферми”. Їхніх роботодавців-організаторів на місці не виявилося, пише КУРС.
Теплиці, в яких вирощували марихуану, належать ППФ «Явсон», але були передані в оренду. Площа насаджень марихуани приблизно 4 га, причому 3 га вже засаджені, а 1 га підготовлений до посіву.
Засновником та керівником ППФ «Явсон» є відомий підприємець Яворський Олександр Павлович. Він є власником аеродрому у Косові, був президентом Федерації літакового спорту України, кілька разів балотувався у народні депутати та був помічником нардепів Ігоря Насалика (у 4 скликанні) та Петра Ющенка (у 6 скликанні). ППФ «Явсон» є також співвласником готельно-ресторанного комплексу «Медея» у селі Яблунів, поряд з яким розташовано теплиці.

У СБУ підтвердили КУРСу інформацію про виявлення плантації. Подробиці обіцяють повідомити вже завтра, зараз триває документування злочину й оперативні дії щодо організаторів.
Сьогодні правоохоронці розповіли подробиці операції. Пресконференцію дали прокурор Володимир Торованин, начальник ГУ Національної поліції в області Володимир Голубош і замначальника відділу по боротьбі з корупцією та організованою злочинністю УСБУ в області Євген Інсаров.
Теплиці, в яких вирощували тисячі кущів коноплі, оснащені системою крапельного поливу і тепловими пушками.
За словами Володимира Торованина, в ході санкціонованого обшуку на фермерському господарстві виявлено 100 тисяч рослин коноплі і 1200 кг готової марихуани. Затримано трьох фігурантів – орендаря теплиць, агронома і охоронця, їм оголошено підозру за ст. 307 ККУ. На місці затримано також понад два десятки робітників.
Як повідомили правоохоронці, ще у червні 2019 року вони отримали інформацію про діяльністъ цієї ферми. Затримані фігуранти – мешканці Снятинського і Косівського районів. Із затриманих на місці в теплицях – 20 осіб не місцеві, а завезені туди одноразово без засобів зв’язку і з обмеженням у пересуванні територією.
Попередньо вартість вилученої готової марихуани оцінюють в понад 50 млн євро, але це лише невелика частина вартості плантації.
Кілограм готового зілля організатори збували за три з половиною тисячі євро. Перевіряється версія, що наркотик оптовими партіями переправляли за кордон.
Організатори налагодили охорону і відеонагляд за територією теплиць, не допускали потрапляння туди сторонніх осіб. Плантація була обладнана високотехнологічними системами підігріву, освітлення, поливу, підживлення ґрунту і повітря, датчиками температури та вологості і охоронялася службовими собаками.
Наймані працівники і охорона працювали у дві зміни за грошову винагороду й проживали в господарських будівлях з кухнею та їдальнею. Персонал під час роботи запирали на території, щоб уникнути крадіжок і самовільного виходу.
