Увечері 10 вересня у Чернівцях працівники поліції викрили злочин у сфері обігу наркотичних засобів. Про це повідомив Відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Під час поверхневої перевірки 21-річного чернівчанина, поліцейські виявили та вилучили згорток з порошкоподібною речовиною – амфетаміном, а також згорток з канабісом.
Вилучені наркотичні засоби направили на дослідження до Чернівецького науково-дослідного експертно-криміналістичного центру.
За вказаним фактом слідчі Шевченківського відділення поліції розпочали кримінальне провадження за частиною 1 статті 309 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту) Кримінального кодексу України, проводиться досудове розслідування.
