Внаслідок зіткнення з легковиком 8-річний кермувальник квадроцикла отримав травми, несумісні з життям.
Дорожньо-транспортна пригода сталася сьогодні, 9 вересня, приблизно о 14:00 у селищі міського типу Красноїльськ. Для з’ясування обставин аварії до селища виїхали слідчо-оперативні групи обласного управління Нацполіції, Сторожинецького відділу поліції та ГРПП. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції в Чернівецькій області.
Поліцейські встановили: керуючи автомобілем «Volkswagen» на іноземній реєстрації, 21-річний місцевий житель допустив зіткнення з квадроциклом під керуванням 8-річного односельця, який раптово виїхав з прилеглої вулички. Зі слів очевидців, автівка рухалася з перевищенням допустимого швидкісного режиму.
Від отриманих під час зіткнення тілесних ушкоджень малолітній учасник автопригоди помер на місці. Тіло загиблого направили на судово-медичну експертизу.
За результатами обстеження на вміст алкоголю в крові за допомогою алктестера «Drager» встановили, що водій керував автівкою у нетверезому стані.
За фактом ДТП слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 2 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України. Наразі проводиться досудове розслідування.
Для з’ясування всіх обставин автопригоди призначено низку експертиз.
