У 35-річного жителя міста Новодністровськ поліцейський виявив паперовий згорток, в якому знаходилась подрібнена речовина рослинного походження. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
На місце події одразу виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Новодністровського відділення поліції.
Наркотичні речовини правоохоронці вилучили у присутності понятих та в подальшому направили на експертизу.
Схлідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 309 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту) Кримінального кодексу України. Порушнику загрожує до трьох років позбавлення волі.
