Вчора, 30 серпня, співробітники Чернівецької митниці ДФС завадили спробінезаконного переміщення товарів через митний кордон України.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба ДФС у Чернівецькій області.
Вантажний автомобіль, який перевозив вантаж з Туреччини на адресу українського підприємства, прямував через пункт пропуску «Порубне-Сірет». Для здійснення митних формальностей представник молдовської фірми-перевізника подав товаросупровідні документи, відповідно до яких у транспортному засобі переміщується вантаж«виробнича лінія для виробництва деревостружковоїплити OSB…, що була у використанні».
Працівники митниці прийняли рішення щодо проведення поглибленого митного оглядутранспортного засобу з вантажем. Як результат – встановлено, що під виглядом товару, зазначеного у документах, переміщувалась будівельна вогнетривкасуміш.
Таким чином, вчинено дії, спрямовані на переміщеннятоварів через митний кордон України з приховуваннямвід митного контролю шляхом подання органу ДФС як підстави для їх переміщення документів, що містятьнеправдиві відомості щодо найменування та маркування.
За даним фактом запроваджено справу про порушеннямитних правил за ч.1 ст.483 Митного кодексу України. А щодо товару, – то згідно з протоколом 820 мішків збудівельною вогнетривкою сумішшю загальною вагою 20,5 тис. кг та вартістю 410 тис. грн. вилучено. Санкціїстатті також передбачають накладення штрафу в розмірі 100 відсотків вартості цих товарів. Рішення – за судом.
