Сьогодні, 26 серпня, о 1 годині ночі на вулиці Кобзарській у Чернівцях, за порушення ПДР патрульні зупинили автомобіль Mercedes E270. Про це повідомляє пресслужба УПП в Чернівецькій області.
Під час спілкування патрульні помітили, що у водія присутні характерні ознаки алкогольного сп’яніння. Поліцейські запропонували чоловікові пройти огляд на стан сп’яніння, проте громадянин тримаючи в руці грошові кошти просив не проводити огляд.
Неодноразово поліцейські попереджали водія про кримінальну відповідальність за надання неправомірної вигоди та попри слова інспекторів водій залишив хабар у сумі 100 євро, які до того тримав у руці, на задньому сидінні службового транспортного засобу.
Патрульні одразу відсторонили чоловіка від службового авто. На місце події викликали слідчо-оперативну групу Чернівецького ВП.
На водія склали протокол за ч.1 ст.130 КУпАП (керування у стані сп’яніння) та винесли постанову за ч.2 ст.122 КУпАП.
