В Україні вперше проведуть незалежне тестування професійних компетентностей учителів, так зване ЗНО. Воно відбудеться 31 жовтня.
Про це повідомляється на сторінці Українського центру оцінювання та якості освіти.
Повідомляється, що вчителі є учасниками цьогорічного експерименту з сертифікації працівників освіти. Вчителі матимуть 180 хвилин на виконання 100 завдань. У тестуванні візьме участь близько 900 педагогічних працівників.
Зазначається, що ті вчителі, які успішно складуть тест, отримають щомісячну доплату в розмірі 20% посадового окладу відповідно до обсягу педагогічного навантаження упродовж трьох років чинності сертифіката. Крім того, завдяки успішному складанню вчителям зможуть надавати наступну категорію.
Завдання ЗНО для вчителів спрямовані на визначення рівня обізнаності учасників тестування у питаннях планування та організації освітнього процесу, а також забезпечення і підтримки навчання, виховання і розвитку учнів, створення освітнього середовища.
Міністерство освіти й науки планувало здійснювати подібну сертифікацію вчителів кожних 5 років.
