В Чернівецькій області на кордоні з Румунією позашляховик створив загрозу життю прикордонному наряду. Не зупинили водія і попереджувальні постріли.
Сьогодні, 18 серпня, близько 3-ї години ночі, прикордонний наряд, який ніс службу в межах Путильського району Чернівецької області, виявили рух транспортного засобу підвищеної прохідності. Автомобіль на швидкості рухався в сторону державного кордону з напрямку населеного пункту Шепіт. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Західного регіонального управління Держприкордонслужби.
На законну вимогу прикордонників автомобіль не зупинився. Засліпивши охоронців кордону фарами, водій скерував автомобіль на прикордонний наряд, створивши явну загрозу життю та здоров’ю правоохоронців. Для припинення протиправних дій військовослужбовці здійснили декілька попереджувальних пострілів у повітря, проте це також не зупинило порушника. Після цього прикордонники застосували зброю в напрямку коліс транспортного засобу. За кілька метрів автівка зупинилася. Водій повідомив, що в салоні є поранений, який втрачає свідомість. Чоловіка негайно доставили до районної лікарні.
За даним фактом прикордонники відразу поінформували співробітників Нацполіції, військову прокуратуру та інші правоохоронні органи. У даний час тривають слідчі дії.
Крім того, Головою Державної прикордонної служби для об’єктивного та неупередженого з’ясування всіх обставин, зокрема і правомірності застосування зброї призначено службове розслідування. Керівник відомства особисто вибув на ділянку Чернівецького прикордонного загону.
Державна прикордонна служба України продовжує посилені заходи охорони українсько-румунської ділянки державного кордону через активізацію спроб незаконного переміщення товарів та неодноразовими зухвалими діями порушників у відношенні охоронців кордону, які в тому числі призводили до загибелі прикордонників. Саме через загрозу життя і здоров’я охоронці кордону вимушені застосовувати вогнепальну зброю, аби припинити правопорушення.
У той же час Державна прикордонна служба України вкотре звертається до громадян не перешкоджати законним діям персоналу відомства та не провокувати персонал, який перебуває на службі з охорони державного кордону до застосування спецзасобів чи зброї. Не виконання законних вимог прикордонників неприпустимо. Наголосимо, що у разі загрози життю чи здоров’ю військовослужбовці вимушені жорстко реагувати на ситуацію, в тому числі застосовуючи зброю.
