Незодавно 31- річний чернівчанин повідомив поліції, що невідома особа з його господарства викрала мотоцикл.
Поліцейські опитали свідків та очевидців вказаної події, а також опрацювали коло осіб які могли бути причетні до злочину та встановили, що ним виявився 41-річний житель Вінницької області.
Чоловік був раніше судимий за статтею 185 частиною 2 (Крадіжка) та статтею 125 частиною 1 (Умисне легке тілесне ушкодження) Кримінального кодексу України.
Речові докази вилучено.
За вказаним фактом слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 289 ( Незаконне заволодіння транспортним засобом) кримінального кодексу України.
