Проведення перепису населення України може обійтися в 4 мільярди гривень.
Радник президента з питань охорони здоров’я Михайло Радуцький вважає, що першим кроком на шляху до трансформації галузі повинен стати перепис населення, який можуть провести вже в кінці 2019 року. Про це він розповів в інтерв’ю Дмитру Гордону.
Як повідомляє УНІАН, Радуцький зазначив, що раніше українську систему охорони здоров’я реформували «точково», за винятком останніх трьох років.
Він пояснив, що стара медична система вже зламана, але побудувати нову поки не вдалося. Щоб провести якісну трансформацію галузі, Радуцький вважає необхідним, в першу чергу, провести перепис населення. Саме від кількості реальних українських громадян залежить сума, необхідна на фінансування галузі.
“Першим кроком на шляху до трансформації медицини має стати перепис населення. Неможливо розрахувати необхідну кількість грошей на систему охорони здоров’я, не розуміючи скільком людям ми повинні надати послуги”, – підкреслив він.
Що стосується термінів і часу проведення перепису, то Радуцький зазначив, що президент планував почати його вже до кінця цього року.
“Планується почати перепис мало не в кінці цього року, наскільки мені відомо. Я можу помилятися, президенту видніше… Як мінімум Кабмін повинен з’явитися спочатку”, – сказав він.
Раніше в Державній службі статистики повідомили, що чисельність населення України продовжує зменшуватися. За попередніми оцінками на 1 січня 2019 року в Україні проживали 42 млн 153,2 тис. осіб.
У травні ідеолог команди Володимира Зеленського Руслан Стефанчук розповів, що в перші 100 днів роботи нового президента України планується провести “аудит держави”, а також перепис населення.
