В Головному сервісному центрі МВС заявили про ймовірність суттєвого подорожчання іспиту з водіння.
З початку 2020 року в Україні можуть подорожчати послуги сервісних центрів МВС. Зокрема, вартість іспиту з водіння на отримання посвідчення водія може зрости майже в 10 разів. Про це повідомив кандидат в народні депутати України від партії “Слуга народу”, начальник Головного сервісного центру МВС України Владислав Криклій, інформує УНІАН.
Криклій наголосив, що мова йде про перегляд ціноутворення “до адекватного рівня”.
“Наприклад, здача іспиту з водіння зараз – 26 грн. Але авто, яке ми даємо, паливо, яким воно заправляється – це не може коштувати 26 грн. Ну спробуйте за ці гроші замовити таксі і проїхати по місту 5 км”, – пояснив він.
“Якщо говорити про здачу іспиту, то була пропозиція підняти з 26 грн до 150 або 200 грн, якщо я не помиляюся”, – додав чиновник.
Він пояснив, що зараз сервісні центри утримуються за рахунок державного бюджету. А повна вартість від адміністративних послуг йде в місцевий бюджет.
“Тобто чим більше ми надаємо послуг – тим більше заробляє місто. А сам державний орган нічого з цього не отримує”, – уточнив Криклій.
Нова модель, за його словами, допоможе сервісним центрам стати фінансово самодостатніми.
“Авто реєструють не бабусі. Авто реєструють не вчителі, не лікарі. І виходить така несправедлива соціальна ситуація: держава утримує сервісні центри, фінансує їх, щоб більш заможні люди могли реєструвати авто майже безкоштовно чи за безцінь”, – обурився він.
Криклій зазначив, що ревізія цін вже проводилася, а відповідний законопроект був зареєстрований у Верховній Раді, хоча в комітеті поки не розглядався.
“Вартість, швидше за все, буде рости вже з початку наступного року, – припустив майбутній нардеп. – Але ще раз скажу: це не зростання вартості в класичному сенсі. Це можливість відмовитися і зменшити необхідність державного бюджету дотувати сервісний центр. Для розуміння, Київ у нас щороку отримує понад 40 млн гривень на рік від адміністративних послуг. 40 млн – це могли би бути гроші, за які утримуються сервісні центри”, – пояснив він.
