У Шевченківському районному суді м. Чернівці розглянули кримінальне провадження відносно раніше судимого буковинця за обвинуваченням у шахрайстві та крадіжці.
Під час судового розгляду встановили, що у квітні поточного року чоловік викрав з припаркованого автомобіля акумуляторну батарею. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Крім цього, видав себе за орендодавця неіснуючої квартири, яку здає за 2000 гривень та в телефонній розмові з потенційним орендарем запропонував потерпілому добровільно переказати частину коштів в якості завдатку, а саме 200 грн, на номер мобільного телефону. Потерпілий переказав вказану суму.
Цього ж дня чоловіки зустрілись. Потерпілий передав обвинуваченому решту грошових коштів у сумі 1800 грн та одержав від псевдоорендодавця ключі від замків неіснуючої квартири та зник з місця скоєння злочину.
За скоєне правопорушнику призначено покарання у виді 1 року 4 місяців позбавлення волі.
