Фінансування від Державного агенства України з питань кіно отримав фільм чернівецького режисера Дмитра Сухолиткого-Собчука «Памфір».
“Ця стрічка покаже тепло сімейних стосунків, але при цьому в головному герої можна буде помітити якийсь надлом”, – сказав режисер Dmytro Sukholytkyy-Sobchuk про свою дебютну повнометражну картину Pamfir.
У період з 23 по 27 липня 2019-го року Державним агентством України з питань кіно було проведено другий етап Одинадцятого конкурсного відбору кінопроєктів.
Конкурс було проведено відповідно до Порядку та критеріїв проведення творчого конкурсу (пітчингу), затвердженого наказом Міністерства культури України від 27.12.2018р. № 1143, повідомляє Держкіно.
Під час першого етапу членами експертних комісій та Радою з державної підтримки кінематографії було опрацьовано 279 кінопроєктів. З них 166 були допущені до другого етапу, який відбувався у форматі відкритих пітчингів. Три учасника відмовилися від подальшої участі, тож на пітчингу було презентовано 163 проєкта.
За результатами другого етапу конкурсного відбору, до переліку кінопроєктів-переможців були включені кінопроєкти, які за результатами оцінювання експертів отримали середній бал не менш як 35 балів. Цей перелік має рекомендаційний характер, за поданням Держкіно його затверджує Рада, яка й ухвалює остаточне рішення.
При затвердженні переліку кінопроєктів-переможців конкурсного відбору Рада з державної підтримки кінематографії за мотивованим рішенням може ухвалити рішення, що не збігається з оцінками членів експертних комісій.
На відкритому засіданні, яке відбулося 8 серпня 2019р., Рада розглянула подання Держкіно.
Враховуючи орієнтовний розрахунок обсягу, необхідного для фінансування галузі на наступний рік, рішенням Ради з державної підтримки кінематографії затверджено Перелік переможців Одинадцятого конкурсного відбору, до якого увійшов 101 проєкт.
