Наступне засідання відбудеться 11 вересня.
8 серпня у Першотравневому районному суді міста Чернівці мало відбутися судове засідання у справі Ростислава Білика щодо підкупу виборців на місцевих виборах 2015 року. Розгляд перенесли, оскільки новий захисник обвинуваченого не встиг ознайомитись із матеріалами кримінального провадження
Як повідомив присутній на засіданні омбудсмен Громадянської мережі ОПОРА Василь Купіна, на судовому засіданні новий захисник обвинуваченого Білика заявив клопотання про відкладення розгляду справи. Адвокат сказав, що йому необхідно остаточного ознайомитися із матеріалами кримінального провадження, великого за об’ємом.
Прокурор не заперечував щодо задоволення клопотання захисника обвинуваченого щодо відкладення розгляду справи.
Заслухавши сторін у справі, суд на місці ухвалив: задовольнити клопотання сторони захисту, продовжити перерву у справі для надання можливості завершення ознайомлення із матеріалами кримінального провадження.
За попередніми даними, наступне судове засідання у справі Білика відбудеться 11 вересня 2019 року.
