У сумці було 570 рослин снодійного маку
5 серпня під час оперативно-профілактичного відпрацювання заходів під умовною назвою «МАК» працівники сектору реагування патрульної поліції зупинили підозрілого чоловіка. Правоохоронці встановили особу 34-річного місцевого жителя. Чоловік раніше потрапляв у поле зору поліції за вчинення аналогічних злочинів. Прот це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
Під час спілкування чоловік зізнався, що при собі зберігає головки зелених рослин маку.
На місце події одразу виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Новодністровського відділення поліції. Працівники поліції в присутності понятих вилучили у порушника 570 рослин снодійного маку.
Вилучені головки рослин опійного маку направили на експертизу.
За вказаним фактом слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 309 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту) Кримінального кодексу України.
