Колишній президент України Петро Порошенко на початку 2018 року відвідував Мальдівські острови.
Державне бюро розслідувань відкрило кримінальне провадження щодо можливої організації екс-президентом України Петром Порошенком незаконного переправлення осіб через держкордон під час поїздки на Мальдіви у 2018 році. Про це УНІАН повідомили у прес-службі ДБР.
Відповідні відомості були внесені до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань 5 серпня.
У відомстві зазначили, що розслідуються ймовірні дії Порошенка та службових органів державних митної і прикордонної служб щодо організації незаконного переправлення осіб через державний кордон України з використанням завідомо підроблених документів під час поїздки на Мальдівські острови у 2018 році.
“Слідчі ДБР розпочали досудове розслідування можливих фактів організації незаконного переправлення через державний кордон України колишнього президента України. Слідчі ДБР перевіряють інформацію щодо організації екс-президентом незаконного переправлення через держкордон з використанням завідомо підроблених документів, а також внесення службовими особами державних митної та прикордонної служб до офіційних документів завідомо неправдивих відомостей з метою перетину кордону”, — сказав в коментарі УНІАН т. в. о. речника ДБР Максим Білоусенко.
За його словами, досудове розслідування розпочато за ознаками кримінальних правопорушень, передбачених ч. 1 ст. 366 (службове підроблення), ч. 1 ст. 332 (незаконне переправлення осіб через державний кордон України) та ч. 4 ст. 358 (використання завідомо підробленого документу) Кримінального кодексу України. Досудове розслідування триває.
Як повідомляв УНІАН, журналісти проекту “Схеми” провели розслідування і з’ясували, що Порошенко з 1 по 8 січня 2018 року провів різдвяну відпустку на Мальдівах. Він летів на приватному літаку разом із 7 пасажирами. Журналісти припускали, що вказані особи не проходили паспортний контроль та подорожували під іншими іменами. За підрахунками “Схем”, президент витратив на відпустку щонайменше 500 тисяч доларів.
Водночас у прес-службі глави держави повідомляли, що Порошенко 2018 рік зустрічав удома, кілька днів провів в Івано-Франківській області та відвідав з приватною поїздкою Мальдіви. Також Порошенко заявляв, що під час поїздки на Мальдіви перетинав кордон з власним паспортом, з відповідною реєстрацією прикордонників і сам сплачував за переліт і проживання у готелі.
