Почесний патріарх Київський і всієї Руси-України Філарет (Денисенко) заявляє, що Українська православна церква Київського патріархату подала до суду на Міністерство культури у зв’язку з рішеннями про зняття з реєстрації УПЦ-КП, пише Інтерфакс-Україна.
“Ми подали до суду на Міністерство культури, яке незаконно зняло з реєстрації Київську патріархію і Українську православну церкву Київського патріархату”, – сказав Філарет на брифінгу в Києві.
Патріарх Філарет наголосив, що робити такі дії без його згоди незаконно.
Також він додав, що, можливо, буде подано позов і стосовно Міністерства юстиції.
Патріарх Філарет, зокрема, зазначив, що УПЦ-КП не має наміру подавати до суду на п’ятого президента України Петра Порошенка.
За його словами, наразі в УПЦ-КП є шість архієреїв, серед них сам Філарет, а також 15 єпархій.
“15 областей мають парафії, які зберігають статути Київського патріархату. Це означає, що вони належать до УПЦ-КП”, – додав він.
Щодо кількості священиків і парафій патріарх Філарет не зміг відповісти.
