За словами власника землі Василя Вишивана техніка ахгрохолдингу «Мрія» зайшла на його пшеничне поле у селі Васловівці Заставнівського району Чернівецької області та зібрала врожай. Про це повідомляє «Буковина Онлайн».
У поліції на це розвели руками.
«Вони ж сказали (представники холдингу), що мають рішення суду, яким анульовано право оренди Вишивана В.І. і тепер, ніби-то, вони господарі на Васловіських землях. Однак, чи побачили правоохоронці те рішення, чи існує воно в природі, і на який наділ, достеменно не відомо», — повідомив Василь Вишиван.
За його словами це не перший випадок такого захоплення земель та урожаю, які належать фермерам.
«Восени ці «добродії» хотіли самовільно захопити 14 га землі, які належать воїнам АТО із села Васловівці. Вже навіть почали орати, лише завдяки тому, що «піднялися» люди і був розголос у ЗМІ вдалося землю відвоювати. І ось знову», — обурюється підприємець.
Це не перша сутичка Василя Вишивана з цим холдингом. Відомо, що вже кілька років Континетал Фармерз Груп розпоряджається 70 га землі, яка відповідно до актів оренди належить Василю Вишивану. Поліція з цього приводу знову розводить руками, мовляв звертайтеся до суду.
