Сьогодні, 28 липня, на спецлінію «102» надійшло повідомлення від місцевої жительки, що в селі Шубранець Заставнівського району на узбіччі дороги лежить тіло чоловіка.
На місце події одразу виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Заставнівського відділення поліції. Правоохоронці встановили, що між місцевими жителями виник сімейний конфлікт. Під час якого 54-річний чоловік наніс своєму 35-річному сину ножове поранення в область спини. У результаті отриманих травм потерпілий помер у кареті швидкої медичної допомоги. За попередньою інформацією причиною смерті стала втрата крові. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
Працівники поліції затримали підозрюваного за статтею 208 (Затримання уповноваженою службовою особою) Кримінально-процесуального кодексу України.
За вказаним фактом слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 2 статті 121 (Умисне тяжке тілесне ушкодження) Кримінального кодексу України.
