Чернівецька міська рада 23 липня внесла зміни до Програми фінансової підтримки комунальних підприємств міста зміни та додатково спрямувала 13 мільйонів гривень на підтримку МКП «Чернівцітеплокомуненерго». Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецької міської ради.
Розглянути це рішення терміново міській раді запропонував міський голова Олексій Каспрук. Надання додаткової фінансової підтримки дозволить підприємству погасити заборгованість з виплати зарплати працівникам за квітень-червень цього року та забезпечити стабільну виплату зарплат до початку опалювального сезону.
Заборгованість із виплати зарплати виникла у зв’язку з тим, що МКП «Чернівцітеплокомуненерго» минулий опалювальний сезон працювало за збитковим тарифом на свої послуги, який не переглядався після зміни складових їх собівартості. В результаті застосування економічно необґрунтованих тарифів на теплову енергію за опалювальний сезон 2018-2019 рр. підприємство недоотримало 110,3 млн. грн. доходів, що спричинило утворення 37 мільйонів гривень збитків та призвело до неспроможності підприємства власним коштом фінансувати заходи із підготовки до нового опалювального сезону, в тому числі виплату зарплати працівникам.
Таким чином, фінансова підтримка з міського бюджету МКП «Чернівцітеплокомуненерго» у 2019 році становить 33 мільйона гривень, це на 0,5 мільйона гривень менше, ніж було торік. Після внесення змін до Програми фінансової підтримки комунальних підприємств міста, рішення про перерозподіл видатків бюджету буде розглядати виконавчий комітет.
