Інтуїція вкотре не підвела патрульних: під час поверхневої перевірки інспектори виявили речовини, ймовірно, наркотичного походження та «переносну лабораторію»
23 липня на вулиці Головній у Чернівцях патрульні помітили транспортний засіб Opel Combo, який рухався з порушенням правил дорожнього руху. Зупинивши та поспілкувавшись з водієм, інспектори помітили, що у водія присутні характерні ознаки алкогольного сп’яніння. Від проходження огляду на стан сп’яніння громадянин в присутності двох свідків відмовився.
Під час спілкування чоловік помітно нервував, згідно зі ст. 34 закону України «Про Національну поліцію» патрульні здійснили поверхневу перевірку в результаті якої в салоні автомобіля виявили дві банки з невідомою речовиною схожою на наркотичну, пакет темного кольору з чотирма пляшками з невідомою речовиною, ймовірно, наркотичного походження, електроні ваги з залишками порошкоподібної речовини, та дві колби невідомого призначення.
Поліцейські склали на чоловіка протокол за керування в нетверезому стані та винесли постанову за відсутність необхідних документів на керування транспортним засобом.
Також на місце події викликали слідчо-оперативну групу Шевченківського ВП для з’ясування всіх обставин події.
