Вночі, 21 липня, на спецлінію “102” надійшло повідомлення про те, що на полі у селі Колінківці місцеві жителі виявили обгоріле авто «ВАЗ», а в ньому – мертвого невідомого чоловіка.
За вказаною адресою одразу виїхало керівництво, поліцейські сектору реагування патрульної поліції і слідчо-оперативна група Хотинського відділення поліції. Правоохоронці оглянули місце події та опитали можливих очевидців.
Уже невдовзі поліцейські встановили особу мертвого чоловіка, тіло якого знаходилося в обгорілому автомобілі. Ним виявився 25-річний житель сусіднього села Грозинці, повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
За вказаним фактом відомості внесені до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 115 (Умисне вбивство) Кримінального кодексу України. Для встановлення причин та обставин події призначено низку експертиз. Відповідно до результатів проведених першочергових слідчих дій, основною слідчою версією є загибель особи внаслідок нещасного випадку. Зокрема, через порушення загиблим правил експлуатації автомобіля та правил пожежної безпеки, виникла пожежа, що призвела до смертельних наслідків.
Наразі триває досудове розслідування.
