17 липня у селі Стерче Глибоцького району в річці Сірет знайшли тіло людини.
Як повідомляє пресслужба УДСНС у Чернівецькій області, річка у тому місці заросла хащами, у воду впало повалене дерево, тому добратися з берега до потопельника було складно.
Щоб дістати тіло людини, на місце події направили черговий караул 14 державної пожежно-рятувальної частини смт Глибокої. Рятувальники на надувному човні підплили ближче до того місця, де люди помітили тіло у воді, та дістали потопельника з водойми. Тіло направили на судово-медичну експертизу міста Чернівці. Особа чоловіка та причина смерті встановлюється.
До надання допомоги від Управління ДСНС залучалося 1 одиниця техніки та 5 чоловік особового складу.
