16 липня на спецлінію «102» надійшло анонімне повідомлення про нелегальний посів снотворного маку на одній із приватних земельних ділянок у селі Киселиці Путильського району. За вказаною адресою одразу виїхала слідчо-оперативна група місцевого відділення поліції. На присадибній ділянці 59-річної місцевої жительки правоохоронці виявили та вилучили майже 150 рослин опійного маку. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
Вилучені зразки рослин направлено на експертизу до Чернівецького науково-дослідного експертно-криміналістичного центру.
За вказаним фактом розпочато кримінальне провадження за ознаками частини 1 статті 310 (Посів або вирощування снодійного маку чи конопель) Кримінального кодексу України. Проводиться досудове розслідування.
