36-річний житель міста Чернівці неодноразово потрапляв в поле зору поліції за вчинення адміністративних правопорушень.
Через порушення Правил дорожнього руху працівники патрульної поліції зупинили водія автомобіля «Audi».Поліцейські провели поверхневу перевірку автомобіля та виявили паперовий згорток з порошкоподібною речовиною білого кольору, зовні схожою на наркотичну. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
На місце події прибула слідчо-оперативна група Шевченківського відділення поліції та вилучила вказаний згорток.
Вилучену речовину поліцейські направили на експертизу.
За вказаним фактом розпочато кримінальне провадження за частиною 1 статті 309 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту) Кримінального кодексу України. За вказаний злочин чоловікові загрожує до трьох років позбавлення волі.
