Нарковмісні рослини правоохоронці виявили у жителів Сторожинеччини та Кіцманщини. Зразки рослин вилучили та направили на експертизу.
Учора, 2 липня, під час огляду господарства 66-річної жительки села Кам’яна, дільничні офіцери поліції спільно зі слідчо-оперативною групою виявили та вилучили більше 250 нарковмісних рослин. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
Інше аналогічне правопорушення поліція Кіцманського району задокументувала під час огляду господарства 22-річної жительки села Берегомет. На присадибній території власного помешкання жінка вирощувала приблизно 100 рослин маку.
Наразі тривають досудові розслідування у кримінальних провадженнях, відкритих за частиною 1 статті 310 (Посів або вирощування снотворного маку чи конопель) Кримінального кодексу України.
