Подія трапилася 2 липня під час негоди, яка пронеслася Чернівецькою областю. В урочищі Чотири корчми Хотинського району сильний вітер повалив дерева на людей, які очікували маршрутку на узбіччі дороги.
Внаслідок падіння гілок травм зазнали мешканці села Мошанець Кельменецького району: у чоловіка, 1972 р.н. – струс головного мозку, підозра на перелом ключиці, у жінки, 1986 р.н. – травма ока. Обох постраждалих госпіталізували до Хотинської ЦРЛ. Про це повідомляє прес-служба УДСНС у Чернівецькій області.
Загалом на розпилення повалених дерев внаслідок негоди підрозділи Управління ДСНС України у Чернівецькій області виїжджали 7 разів.
Так, рятувальники 7 державної пожежно-рятувальної частини м. Хотин розблоковували автодорогу Чернівці-Житомир в районі урочища Чотири корчми. Там на проїжджу частину впало 4 дерева, утворивши затор у двох напрямках. Працівники Служби порятунку розпиляли повалені дерева, чим забезпечили безперешкодний рух транспорту.
Пізніше хотинські рятувальники ліквідовували наслідки негоди вже у селах Данківці та Ворничани. Так, у Данківцях впало 4 дерева, одне з них – на господарську будівлю, пошкодивши покрівлю. У с. Ворничани рятувальники 7 державної пожежно-рятувальної частини м. Хотин розрізували та прибирали 3 повалених дерева з проїжджої частини автодороги та території фельдшерсько-акушерського пункту.
На Кельменеччині рятувальники 10 державної пожежно-рятувальної частини смт Кельменці розблоковували автошляхи у с. Перківці, Путрине, Лівинці, Козиряни, Михайлівка та у самих Кельменцях на залізничній ст. Ларга. Всього там впало 10 дерев.
Окрім цих випадків, рятувальники здійснили розпилення й прибирання повалених дерев у Сокирянському районі – 3 дерева та Новоселицькому – 1.
Загалом підрозділи Управління ДСНС України у Чернівецькій області розпилили та прибрали 25 повалених дерев, було залучено 7 одиниць техніки та 21 чоловік особового складу.
