Сьогодні, 25 червня, мало відбутися чергове засідання у справі підкупу виборців на місцевих виборах 2015 року депутатом Чернівецької міської ради Ростиславом Біликом.
Розгляд справи було призначено на 10.00 у приміщенні Першотравневого районного суду м. Чернівці. На судове засідання з’явився обвинувачений Ростислав Білик та прокурор.
Обвинувачений Ростислав Білик звернувся до суду з клопотанням відкласти судове засідання через відсутність свого захисника з Києва, з яким він розірвав угоду. Через це Ростислав Білик попросив певний час для того, аби знайти місцевого адвоката, який представлятиме його інтереси в суді.
Прокурор підтримав дане клопотання. Відтак, суддя Галичанський задовольнив клопотання обвинувачено Білика і відклав судове засідання. Розгляд справи продовжиться 17 липня 2019 року о 14.30 у Першотравневому районному суді Чернівці.
