Учора дві спроби тютюнової контрабанди зафіксували прикордонники відділу «Красноїльськ» разом зі співробітниками оперативних підрозділів ЗхРУ Держприкордонслужби, повідомляє прес-служба Чернівецького прикордонного загону.
В обох випадках з появою прикордонників правопорушники втікали, залишивши свій товар. Щоби зупинити контрабандистів, прикордонники змушені були зробити кілька попереджувальних пострілів у повітря. Та в жодному із випадків це не зупинило пачкарів.
У результаті перерахунку вмісту 6-ти та 10-ти покинутих пакунків встановлено, що правопорушники намагалися перемістити понад 16 тисяч пачок сигарет марки «Марбле», «Комплімент» та «Астра» без марок акцизного збору.
Нагадаємо, що 16 червня на ділянці цього ж підрозділу було упереджено ще одну спробу переміщення тютюнових виробів до Румунії. Тоді появою прикордонників, аби уникнути покарання, пачкарі покинули 4790 пачок тютюнових виробів марки «Marble» та кинулися втікати. Під час переслідування контрабандистів, група реагування затримала двох буковинців, причетних до протиправної діяльності.
Затриманих правопорушників притягнуто до адміністративної відповідальності, заходи зі встановлення інших правопорушників тривають.
