Співробітники податкової міліції Головного управління ДФС у Чернівецькій області під процесуальним керівництвом прокуратури області, в рамках операцій «Акциз-2019», «Рубіж» та «Бастіон» ліквідували канал постачання на територію України контрабандного спирту з республіки Молдова. Загалом, виявлено та вилучено 19820 літрів спирту на суму 3 964 000 грн. та 5 транспортних засобів орієнтовною вартістю 1 400 000 грн. Загальна сума вилученого майна складає 5 364 000 грн.
За словами очільника податкової міліції області – полковника Сергія Гакмана, спирт виявили в ангарних приміщеннях на території колишнього фермерського господарства, неподалік від лінії державного кордону з Молдовою. Він зберігався в резервуарах з яких в подальшому перекачувався в бочки різної ємності, розвозився дрібними партіями та реалізовувався на території нашої та сусідніх областей.
На даний час до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань по даному факту внесені відомості за статтею 204 ККУ.
