Увечері 23 травня під час відпрацювання території обслуговування оперативники Садгірського відділення поліції помітили підозрілого чоловіка, який ніс у сумці побутовий металобрухт. Поліцейські встановили особу громадянина – раніше судимого 43-річного місцевого жителя. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Під час спілкування з чоловіком правоохоронці з’ясували, що вказані речі він викрав з приватного подвір’я на одній із вулиць Чернівців і мав намір здати до пункту прийому металобрухту.
Слідчі внесли відомості про злочин до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України.
Аналогічне правопорушення розкрили оперативники Новодністровського відділення поліції. З дачної ділянки невідома особа викрала частину металевої конструкції веранди. Під час оперативно-розшукових заходів поліцейські встановили, що вказаний злочин скоїв раніше судимий 31-річний житель Новодністровська. Викрадене чуже майно злодій здав до місцевого пункту прийому металобрухту.
За вчинення крадіжок злочинцям загрожує до трьох років позбавлення волі.
