Внаслідок аварії малолітній хлопець отримав перелом лівого стегна.
Сьогодні, 9 травня, о 13:21 до поліції надійшло повідомлення від лікаря Заставнівської центральної районної лікарні, що внаслідок ДТП доставлено 8-річного хлопчика, який є місцевим жителем. Про це повідомляє відділу комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
На місці події слідчо-оперативна група Заставнівського ВП встановила, що 68-річний водій автомобіля «Opel Omega» допустив наїзд на малолітнього пішохода, який, зі слів водія, раптово вибіг на дорогу поза межами пішохідного переходу. Результати медичного огляду водія, який є місцевим жителем, показали, що чоловік перебував за кермом тверезим.
Наразі вирішується питання про відкриття кримінального провадження за ознаками частини 1 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України.
