На 30 червня 2019 року ЦВК призначила вибори у 66 новостворених ОТГ, і з них дві громади з Чернівецької області – Ванчиковецька та Карапчівська сільські об’єднані територіальні громади. Про це повідомляє Чернівецький Центр розвитку місцевого самоврядування.
Тому з метою проведення інформування представників сільських рад, які увійшли до складу новостворених ОТГ була проведена зустріч сільських голів відповідних рад з представниками структурних підрозділів Чернівецької ОДА та Чернівецький Центр розвитку місцевого самоврядування , які поінформували сільських голів про основні зміни, які відбуваються на рівні громади у зв’язку з об’єднанням, зокрема щодо фінансових та управлінських питань, а також особливостей управління у сфері освіти та медицини.
Директор Центру Тетяна Татарчук розповіла про допомогу, яку може надати програма ULEAD з Європою / ULEAD with Europe об’єднаним громадам, а також про можливості міжмуніципального співробітництва.
В свою чергу радник з питань децентралізації Тарас Прокоп окреслив основні моменти проведення виборів депутатів та голови, особливості формування виборчих округів, ключові дати виборчого процесу, а також можливості щодо проведення виборів старост.
