Застосувавши фізичну силу, зловмисник відкрито заволодів грошовими коштами з каси магазину.
Сьогодні, 3 травня, на спецлінію «102» надійшло повідомлення про те, що в магазині біжутерії та косметики у Чернівцях невідомий чоловік застосував фізичну силу та заволодів грошовими коштами у сумі 3 тисячі гривень. Після скоєння злочину грабіжник побіг у невідомому напрямку. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Під час проведення оперативно-розшукових заходів поліцейські за лічені хвилини затримали зловмисника. Слідчо-оперативна група Шевченківського відділення поліції встановила особу грабіжника. Ним виявився 45-річний мешканець селища міського типу Путила. Всі награбовані грошові кошти повернуто.
Злочинця затримано у порядку статті 208 (Затримання уповноваженою службовою особою) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України.
За вказаним фактом розпочато кримінальне провадження за частиною 2 статті 186 (Грабіж) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає позбавлення волі на строк до шести років.
