Під час збуту психотропної речовини правоохоронці затримали жителя Прикарпаття. Зловмиснику загрожує до 10 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
Працівники Управління протидії наркозлочинності спільно зі слідчими Шевченківського відділення поліції викрили злочинну діяльність 36-річного жителя Коломийського району Івано-Франківської області.
Як повідомляє Національна поліція Чернівецької області, в ніч на 26 квітня чоловік привіз до Чернівців з Прикарпаття приблизно 100 грамів психотропної речовини та продав її за 10 тисяч гривень. Під час збуту амфетаміну поліцейські спільно з бійцями спецпідрозділу «КОРД» затримали наркоторговця в порядку статті 208 (Затримання уповноваженою службовою особою) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України.
У затриманого вилучили пакет з психотропною речовиною, електронні ваги із залишками амфетаміну, зіп-пакети, а також гроші, здобуті злочинним шляхом.
За вказаним фактом триває досудове розслідування, розпочате за частиною 2 статті 307 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення, пересилання чи збут наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів) Кримінального кодексу України. Поліцейські встановлюють канали надходження амфетаміну та осіб, які можуть бути причетними до вказаного злочину.
Наразі вирішується питання оголошення затриманому про підозру та обрання запобіжного заходу
