За інформацією управління аудиту Головного управління ДФС у Чернівецькій області впродовж першого кварталу 2019 року проведено 36 документальних перевірок юридичних осіб та донараховано майже 6,8 млн. грн.. узгоджених сум податкових зобов’язань. Торік ці показники складали – 49 перевірок та донарахування 4,1млн.грн.
Застосування сучасної системи відбору платників для перевірок дозволило фіскалам звести до мінімуму втручання в легальний бізнес і зосередитися на «тіньових» суб’єктах господарювання. І як результат ефективність аудиту зросла – кількість перевірок зменшено на 13 суб’єктів, а відповідно суми донарахованих узгоджених податкових зобов’язань більше на 2,7 млн. грн. Окрім того, донараховано 0,3 млн. грн. пені за порушення норм валютного законодавства.
Також, за вказаний період за результатами проведених перевірок зменшено від’ємне значення об’єкта оподаткування податком на прибуток на 5,2 млн. грн. та залишок від’ємного значення, який після бюджетного відшкодування включається до складу податкового кредиту наступного податкового періоду на суму 0,2 млн. грн.
Із донарахованих сум за актами цьогорічних перевірок та минулих років впродовж січня-березня 2019 року надійшло до Зведеного Бюджету понад 8,6 млн. грн.
Цьому показнику сприяли якісне проведення документальних перевірок та належне документування встановлених порушень, оскільки більшість актів перевірок узгоджуються без апеляцій.
Серед останніх резонансних перевірок – перевірка суб’єкта господарювання у сфері будівництва. Під час проведення перевірки виявлено та зруйновано схему ухилення від оподаткування, яка полягала в завищенні витрат при обчисленні податку на прибуток та заниженні податкових зобов’язань з податку на додану вартість, і відповідно ПДВ та податок на прибуток сплачувалися не в повному обсязі.
За підсумками цієї перевірки аудитори фіскального відомства донарахували 1,8 млн. грн. податків і платежів та зменшили від’ємне значення об’єкта оподаткування податком на прибуток на понад 0,9 млн. грн.
