За крадіжку грошей з чужого рахунку зловмиснику загрожує до п’яти років позбавлення волі.
Наприкінці грудня минулого року до поліції з повідомленням про крадіжку звернувся 26-річний житель Глибоцького району. Чоловік повідомив, що під час його перебування у Чернівцях невідома особа викрала з банківського рахунку майже 7 тисяч гривень.
У процесі досудового розслідування працівники Шевченківського відділення поліції встановили, що злочинець отримав доступ до стільникового телефону потерпілого і через мобільний додаток перерахував кошти на свій рахунок.
Оперативники встановили особу крадія та розшукали його. Ним виявився 39-річний житель Сторожинеччини. Зловмисник раніше вже був судимий за майнові злочини і, маючи непогашену судимість, знову порушив закон.
Слідчі вже оголосили злодію про підозру у скоєнні злочину, передбаченого частиною 2 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України.
