На порушників складено адміністративні матеріали.
Під час моніторингу мережі Інтернет працівники Заставнівського відділення поліції виявили на одному з місцевих інформаційних сайтів відео з фактом порушення виборчого законодавства. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Зокрема, двоє невідомих осіб на вулицях міста Заставна розклеювали листівки антиагітаційного характеру щодо одного з кандидатів на пост Президента України.
Працівники поліції проаналізували вказані відеоматеріали, опитали можливих очевидців і вже невдовзі встановили, що до правопорушення причетні 49-річна жінка та 47-річний чоловік, які є місцевими жителями.
Відносно порушників складено адміністративні протоколи за статтею 212-13 (Виготовлення або розповсюдження друкованих матеріалів передвиборної агітації, які не містять відомостей про установу, що здійснила друк, їх тираж, інформацію про осіб, відповідальних за випуск) Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення.
