У місцевого жителя правоохоронці вилучили зброю без документів і декілька десятків набоїв.
Під час проведення санкціонованого обшуку у помешканні 56-річного жителя міста Сокиряни, слідчо-оперативна група місцевого відділення поліції виявила та вилучила обріз гвинтівки калібру 5,6 міліметрів, револьвер і 30 патронів калібру 5,6 міліметрів. Вказану зброю та боєприпаси чоловік зберігав без відповідних дозвільних документів. Усе вилучене направлено на експертизу.
За вказаним фактом проводиться досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні, відкритому за частиною 1 статті 263 (Незаконне поводження зі зброєю, бойовими припасами або вибуховими речовинами) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк до семи років.
