14 квітня до ГУНП в Чернівецькій області надійшло повідомлення про те, що декілька днів тому старшокласники однієї з шкіл Сторожинецького району вчинили протиправні дії статевого характеру відносно малолітнього.
За даним фактом внесені відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 4 статті 152 Кримінального кодексу України. Керівництвом ГУНП для надання допомоги територіальному підрозділу направлені працівники обласного апарату: слідчого управління, ювенальної превенції, психологічного забезпечення та інші фахівці.
В ході першочергових слідчих дій всі учасники встановлені. У визначеному законом порядку здійснюється їх опитування для з’ясування всіх обставин події.
Потерпілому надається психологічна допомога. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
В рамках кримінального провадження вирішується питання про призначення необхідних експертиз.
Організовано вивчення соціально-побутових умов всіх учасників події, проводиться робота в навчальному закладі з викладацьким складом та учнями для зясування причин та обставин, що могли призвести до протиправної поведінки.
