Працівники Сторожинецького відділу поліції розкрили два аналогічні злочини, що мали місце в лютому та березні поточного року. В обох випадках неповнолітні вчиняли крадіжки з продуктових магазинів приватних підприємців. За вказаний злочин законом передбачено покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк від трьох до шести років.
Одне звернення надійшло до поліції наприкінці лютого цього року. У селищі міського типу Красноїльськ невідома особа проникла до крамниці та викрала продовольчі товари. Своїми діями злочинець завдав збитків на суму приблизно 5 тисяч гривень.
А в березні поліцейські задокументували крадіжку продуктів харчування з магазину у селі Банилів-Підгірний. Сума збитків становила майже 3 тисячі гривень.
Працівники Сторожинецького відділу поліції здійснили низку оперативно-розшукових заходів, опрацювали коло осіб, які могли бути причетними до вказаних крадіжок, і встановили зловмисників. Речові докази частково вилучено.
Одному із злочинців – 15-річному жителю Красноїльська – уже повідомлено про підозру у скоєнні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 3 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України.
Відносно іншого порушника – 17-річного жителя Банилова-Підгірного – вирішується питання про оголошення підозри.
Наразі тривають досудові розслідування.
