Як повідомляє Патрульна поліція Чернівецької області, інцидент трапився 01.02.2019 р. Патрульні прибувши на виклик “Інші тілесні ушкодження», неподалік побачили інший екіпаж, який опрацьовував повідомлення «Порушення ПДР» – водій керував транспортним засобом в стані сп’яніння. Проходячи повз помітили, що чоловік (водій транспортного засобу Mercedes) поводить себе неадекватно, виражається нецензурною лайкою в сторону поліцейських та на зауваження припинити протиправні дії не реагує. Інспектори вирішили надати допомогу та раптом водій автомобіля Mercedes завдав удару кулаком в область обличчя капралу поліції. Чоловіка одразу затримали. На місце події викликали слідчо-оперативну групу Шевченківського ВП.
За вищевказані дії суд визнав чоловіка винним у вчиненнні злочину передбаченого ч.2 ст.345 Кримінального кодексу України та призначив покарання у вигляді 1-го року позбавлення волі. На підставі ст. 75 КК України особу звільнено від відбування покарання з іспитовим строком 1 рік.
