Сторожинецька місцева прокуратура здійснює процесуальне керівництво у кримінальному провадженні за фактом надання громадянином органам державної влади завідомо неправдивої інформації з метою одержання субсидії. Про це повідомляє прес-служба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Встановлено, що 48-річний мешканець Новоселицького району Чернівецької області, з метою призначення субсидії для відшкодування витрат на оплату житлово-комунальних послуг, подав до Управління праці та соціального захисту населення Новоселицької РДА недостовірну інформацію в декларації про доходи і витрати осіб, які звернулися за призначенням субсидії.
Зокрема, приховав факт купівлі квартири в Києво-Святошинському районі Київської області, внаслідок чого за період з листопада 2015 по січень 2018 йому надмірно було виплачено бюджетних коштів у вигляді субсидій на загальну суму понад 60 тисяч гривень.
Наразі чоловіку повідомлено про підозру у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 1 ст. 222 КК України. Досудове розслідування триває.
