Інцидент стався вранці 8-го квітня у Чернівцях. З вогнепальним пораненням потерпілого доставлено до лікарні.
Як повідомляє Національна поліція Чернівецької області, о 5-й годині ранку на спецлінію «102» надійшло повідомлення про проникаюче тілесне ушкодження внаслідок вогнепального поранення.
На місце події негайно виїхав начальник ГУНП в Чернівецькій області Анатолій Дмитрієв, заступники начальника ГУНП, слідчо-оперативні групи ГУНП і Шевченківського відділення поліції та працівники кінологічної служби.
Наразі поліція проводить огляд місця події, встановлює обставини злочину та осіб, причетних до його скоєння. За вказаним фактом розпочато кримінальне провадження за ознаками частини 1 статті 121 (Умисне тяжке тілесне ушкодження) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк від п’яти до восьми років.
