Троє хлопців викрадали кошти з автоматів для реалізації питної води. Двоє із зловмисників – неповнолітні.
Як повідомляє Національна поліція Чернівецької області, на початку березня цього року до Шевченківського відділення поліції надійшло декілька заяв про крадіжки грошей з автоматів для реалізації води. Усі злочини було скоєно на території мікрорайону «Роша» у Чернівцях.
Відомості про вказані події працівники слідчого відділення внесли до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань та розпочали слідство. Співробітники сектору кримінальної поліції провели низку розшукових заходів, за результатами яких викрили та затримали групу молодих людей, віком 21, 17 та 16 років. Хлопці проживають у районі, де вчиняли крадіжки, ніде не навчаються та не працюють.
Поліцейські встановили причетність молодиків до скоєння п’яти крадіжок грошей з автоматів для реалізації води. Зловмисники пошкоджували корпуси водоматів та викрадали звідти усі наявні грошові кошти.
Злочинцям уже повідомлено про підозру у скоєнні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 3 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України. Підозрювані повністю зізналися у вчинених правопорушеннях і повідомили поліції всі обставини злочинів. За вказаний злочин законом передбачено покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк від трьох до шести років. Наразі триває досудове розслідування.
