Прокуратура Чернівецької області завершила досудове розслідування та скерувала до суду обвинувальний акт за обвинуваченням 65-річного мешканця Кельменецького району у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 1 ст. 204 КК України (незаконне придбання з метою збуту та транспортування з цією метою незаконно виготовлених підакцизних товарів).
Досудовим розслідуванням встановлено, що у січні поточного року обвинувачений придбав на КП МТК «Калинівський ринок» та, з метою збуту, транспортував до села Подвір’ївка Кельменецького району 35 ящиків незаконно виготовлених тютюнових виробів.
Того ж дня, даний транспортний засіб був зупинений правоохоронцями. Під час огляду виявлено та вилучено 35 ящиків (23 730 пачок) тютюнових виробів на загальну суму 6250 доларів США.
